From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff, especially Carlos, made me feel welcomed and supported, even assisting with my heavy baggage. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the air conditioning, which provided instant relief from the warm Brazilian climate, making for a comfortable rest after a day of exploring. the mini-bar was well-stocked, allowing me to enjoy a refreshing beverage at my leisure. I also appreciated the high-quality free toiletries, a touch that added a level of luxury to my stay.
